Shipping
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
Our default shipping method is USPS First Class Mail. We ship from Kentucky, so it can sometimes take 7-10 business days for packages to reach the East Coast via First Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within three days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery by a certain date for Priority packages.
We are happy to ship Priority Mail for an extra charge.
Delivery confirmation is included for free. Please send me a message if you would like to add insurance to an order.
We do not ship outside of the continental U.S. If you live outside of the continental U.S. then I would encourage you to find a local lotion and soap crafter and support them.
HUGE NOTE: I cannot be held responsible for a package that has been opened or tampered with once it has left my hands.
Little known fact: if something about an item in the mail looks suspiciously handled you must refuse it or bring it to your post office UNOPENED to resolve the issue.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your handcrafted order to be created and shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the way lotions and soaps are packaged and used, we can not accept returns on any product UNLESS it was damaged in the mail by the USPS. But please note, if something about an item in the mail looks suspiciously handled you must refuse it or bring it to your post office UNOPENED to resolve the issue. Any lotion or soap that has already been opened can not be returned.
Delivery confirmation is included for free. If the postal service claims your item was delivered, but you claim you didn't receive it, we will send a replacement, but we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping. Also, there is a claim form that must be filled out disputing the USPS's claim that the package was delivered.
Payment
I accept PayPall for online transactions. If you do not pay within 2 days of your transaction, your sale will be canceled and the product will not be shipped.
I do not accept personal checks via mail or in person -- it is too difficult to keep track of orders this way, and it's been embarrassing and a huge hassle for both parties when checks have bounced in the past.
I also accept good 'ol fashion US currency so if you see me in person or at a trunk show you can totally slide me some cash for your skin buzz.
Most of you will hopefully chuckle when I tell you that I do not accept private messages with huge sob stories asking me to ship product to you and how you will then pay me back when you can and God bless and blahblahblah.

I'm sorry, but due to the demands of working on the existing I Love Skin Buzz line, I am unable to take on custom work. I try to change out the scents as I see demand or get turned on to exciting new scents.
CAN YOU CHANGE THE NAME OF YOUR SCENTS FOR MY COUSIN'S WEDDING AND THEN PRINT OUT THE TAGS WITH THEIR NAMES ON IT?
Unfortunately, that's not something I would be able to take on timewise, but congratulations to your cousin on her special day.
I HEARD YOU ARE ECO-FRIENDLY. CAN I RETURN MY BOTTLES TO YOU TO REFILL AND MAYBE FOR A DISCOUNT?
Good idea but yikes I could get us both in some trouble with that. All of my bottles are #2 plastic and can be recycled. And thank you for being conscious of that, you're awesome for thinking of that.
